Finale RIP! (August 2025)
- Finale notation software to be discontinued. Please read the notice on Finalemusic.com. (dated August 2024)
- Be sure to see the option for using your current working Finale to get a much reduced discount on Dorico software.
- Also, take time to save MusicXML versions of all of your Finale scores as a way to ensure some ability to transfer scores to other notation software.
EMT 4th Edition
The completely revised and updated 4th Edition of Experiencing Music Technology from Oxford University Press is available in print and ebook form from Oxford University Press and from Amazon in paperback form. The ebook version has extended content from the print book (see the Preface for details). The ebook is available on VitalSource and on RedShelf textbook rental websites. Check out the Table of Contents and the Preface on this website.
